WHO WE ARE
Havasu Consulting was founded by Mr. Amer Hazboon, PE in 2011. He has 20 years of experience in the Environmental and Civil Engineering fields. His multidisciplinary expertise is in remediation, methane and vapor mitigation, site assessment, construction QA/QC, and project/program management. Mr. Hazboon has served as the primary technical consultant on a wide variety of projects and programs, involving diverse environmental issues of concern and client objectives. He has a proven track record in developing remedial programs for soil and groundwater, providing design-build services, and providing professional reporting for regulatory compliance.
Mr. Hazboon also has experience with a wide range of civil engineering and water, waste-water, and storm-water management. This includes: water quality assessments; water quality management planning (WQMP, SWPPP, and LID); and grey water system design and construction. And road and lot improvements.
